Responsibility
- Provide high-quality virtual nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care in a virtual or hybrid setting.
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to physicians or specialists as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation in virtual healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
- Active US RN license or Philippine RN license (PHRN).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while maintaining high standards of care.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety and satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate or work in a hybrid model in Bali (if applicable).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
