Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy or physiotherapy interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Utilize therapeutic equipment and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
- Valid professional license or certification in Indonesia or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
