Responsibility
- Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing test results and recommendations for treatment or intervention.
- Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments and client interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in psychometric tools and mental health practices.
- Provide feedback and support to clients and their families regarding assessment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards in psychological testing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in administering and interpreting psychological assessments.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
