Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the Medication Delivery Service (MDS) to ensure timely and accurate distribution of medications.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing wastage.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to comply with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Train and supervise junior staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on delivery performance, incidents, and improvements to senior management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of medication delivery services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medication delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
