Responsibility

  • Assist licensed psychologists in conducting psychological assessments, screenings, and evaluations for clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under supervision.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops for clients and community members.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to ensure holistic client care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in distress, adhering to best practices in mental health care.
  • Conduct research and contribute to evidence-based practice improvements within the organization.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in psychology and participate in continuous professional development.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (or related field) from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience (or internship) in clinical, counseling, or community psychology settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
  • Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
