Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals in providing healthcare services to estate workers and residents.
- Conduct basic medical examinations and record patient vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the medical officer.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient files.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and facilities.
- Provide first aid and emergency care when necessary.
- Educate patients on health and hygiene practices.
- Assist in organizing and conducting health awareness programs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Nursing, Medical Assistance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rural or estate environment.
- Willingness to stay in the estate accommodation provided.
- Familiarity with medical software and record-keeping systems is a plus.
