Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and health assessments for employees.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs tailored to corporate clients.
- Provide expert medical advice on workplace wellness, injury prevention, and health promotion.
- Collaborate with employers to identify and mitigate workplace health risks.
- Manage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Educate employees and management on health and safety best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in health surveillance programs and emergency response planning.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in Occupational Health, Preventive Medicine, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in occupational health, executive health services, or preventive medicine.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health regulations and safety standards.
