Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will collaborate with HR, management, and external healthcare providers to deliver high-quality occupational health services. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage corporate health and wellness programs tailored to employee needs.
- Conduct regular health screenings, assessments, and first aid responses for employees.
- Provide emergency medical care and coordinate with local healthcare facilities for referrals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Organize health education workshops, vaccination drives, and wellness campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR to manage sick leave, medical certifications, and return-to-work programs.
- Monitor workplace health trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance well-being.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and external healthcare providers for specialized care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid; additional certifications in occupational health are a plus.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in health assessments, emergency response, and health education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital health records management and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
