Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing eye treatments and procedures.
- Assist ophthalmologists during consultations, surgeries, and post-operative care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families on eye care, treatment plans, and post-operative instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Provide support and reassurance to patients, addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing board.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in eye care or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
