Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with US healthcare standards and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated on US healthcare practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of US healthcare experience, including familiarity with US nursing standards and practices.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and treatment administration.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of care.
