Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Assess and document residents’ health conditions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, mobility support) while promoting independence.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with doctors for urgent care.
- Educate residents and families on health management, nutrition, and wellness practices.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training to enhance care quality and stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent qualification in elderly care.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing, hospice care, or long-term care facilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, infection control, and elderly health conditions (e.g., dementia, diabetes, hypertension).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with residents and families.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a commitment to ethical care.
