Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot hemodialysis machines to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
- Monitor and maintain reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment systems to meet strict quality standards.
- Sanitize and prepare dialysis stations according to infection control protocols.
- Manage inventory of dialyzers, solutions, and other supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist nursing and medical staff during dialysis procedures, including patient preparation and monitoring.
- Document all machine maintenance, water quality tests, and supply usage in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine equipment calibration and safety checks to prevent malfunctions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on dialysis procedures and safety measures when required.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Hemodialysis Technician (e.g., CHT, BONENT) or equivalent training.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dialysis center or renal care unit.
- Strong knowledge of hemodialysis machines, RO systems, and water treatment protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to sterile techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory management.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move equipment as needed.
