Responsibility
- Provide telephonic and digital clinical support to patients, including triage, health education, and follow-up care coordination.
- Collaborate with US-based healthcare providers to document patient interactions, update medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assess patient needs via virtual consultations, offering evidence-based advice and escalating urgent cases as required.
- Manage patient engagement initiatives, including appointment scheduling, medication reminders, and chronic disease management support.
- Utilize EHR/EMR systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date patient data and generate reports for healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Adhere to US nursing standards and protocols while delivering culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and team training to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Active US RN license (required) with no restrictions; compact license (multi-state) is a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in hospitals, clinics, or telehealth settings.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral American accent.
- Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
- Willingness to work US time zones (flexible shifts, including nights/weekends as needed).
