Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Manage patient scheduling, prioritizing urgent cases while maintaining efficient workflow for routine imaging services.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and nurses to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic imaging.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory of supplies, and compliance with radiation safety protocols.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures, results, and departmental metrics for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Train and mentor radiology staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Liaise with other hospital departments to streamline referrals and ensure seamless patient care transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related medical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in radiology services, medical imaging, or hospital administration.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a clinical or diagnostic setting.
- Strong knowledge of radiology equipment, PACS/RIS systems, and medical terminology.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, KARS).
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Certification in radiology or healthcare management (e.g., ARRT, AHRA) is a plus.
