Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and technical staff.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and product performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical technology and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment in compliance with industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on field observations and customer input.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a clinical, technical, or sales support role within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, device functionality, and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, FDA) and quality assurance standards in healthcare.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
