Responsibility
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check-ins efficiently using clinic management systems.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist medical staff with administrative tasks, including preparing examination rooms and organizing medical supplies.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up for patient care.
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, providing information and guidance as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of clinic supplies and place orders to maintain adequate stock.
- Support the implementation of clinic policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Healthcare Administration, Medical Assisting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare administrative role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
