Responsibility
- Oversee and manage a team of social workers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social work programs and initiatives.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for clients.
- Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families in need.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social work programs.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all casework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communities.
- Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in case management and documentation.
