Responsibility
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, registration, and record-keeping.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining clinic records.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure clear understanding of procedures and instructions.
- Prepare and organize medical supplies, equipment, and examination rooms.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Assist with basic patient care tasks under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, clinic management software).
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to work a 5.5-day workweek (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturdays until 1:00 PM).
