Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in acute, community, and home care settings.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to guide clinical decisions.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to medical emergencies as required.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience in clinical practice, preferably in acute care, community health, or home care settings.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and continuous learning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
