Responsibility
- Process and verify PhilHealth membership and eligibility for patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of PhilHealth claims and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient data, transactions, and communications.
- Liaise with healthcare facilities, insurance providers, and government agencies to resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Educate patients and staff on PhilHealth policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Generate reports on claims status, utilization, and compliance for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and financial information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or PhilHealth operations.
- Strong knowledge of PhilHealth policies, procedures, and electronic systems (e.g., e-Claims).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and healthcare management software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
