Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for home care and community settings.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and mobility training.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nurses, occupational therapists) to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document detailed progress notes and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and goals.
- Provide community outreach and health education workshops to promote physical well-being.
- Utilize assistive devices and adaptive equipment to enhance patient independence.
- Stay updated on latest physiotherapy research and best practices to deliver evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license (recognition in Indonesia or eligibility for local registration).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home care, community health, or rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient groups.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload in community settings.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
