Responsibility
- Assist registered nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering patient-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administer medications, treatments, and basic nursing procedures under the supervision of senior staff.
- Provide personal care assistance, including hygiene, mobility support, and daily living activities for residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Educate patients and families on health management, wellness practices, and post-care instructions.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and patient needs, escalating concerns to senior staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Registration or eligibility for registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI) is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, or long-term care setting (fresh graduates with strong passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families.
- Proficient in basic nursing procedures, patient assessment, and documentation.
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
