Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of medical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals, providing tailored treatment plans.
- Ensure all procedures adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and follow up with clients post-treatment to evaluate results and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the skincare team to develop and implement innovative treatment protocols and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment details and progress notes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and patient care in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in performing aesthetic procedures, with a strong portfolio of successful treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and precision in procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional languages are a plus.
