Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in inpatient wards, ICU, polyclinics, or homecare settings, adhering to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs, including those in research-based programs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment, maintaining meticulous records.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Participate in clinical research projects (where applicable), collecting data and assisting in trials under ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) with a valid nursing license (preferably recognized in Indonesia or transferable).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in inpatient care, ICU, polyclinics, homecare, or research nursing.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS or other specialized certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to assigned locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not mandatory.
