Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, escalating concerns to the appropriate medical staff as needed.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
