Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with US nursing standards and local protocols.
- Assess patient health conditions, administer treatments, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.
- Assist in emergency response and critical care situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Active US RN license (any state).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
