Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and wellness programs for staff.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate employees on health, hygiene, and safety best practices.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care.
- Monitor workplace conditions to identify potential health hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, occupational health, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies with composure and efficiency.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and documentation.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali as needed.
