Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for healthcare products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent SYS Healthcare at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. A background in medical or life sciences is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of medical products, terminology, and the healthcare ecosystem in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are advantageous.
