Responsibility
- Lead and implement Quality, Safety, and Risk Management (QSRM) frameworks to enhance patient care standards.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate clinical and operational quality metrics to ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, mitigate potential hazards, and improve system resilience.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and training programs to uphold best practices in patient safety and service excellence.
- Prepare and present QSRM reports to senior management, highlighting trends, gaps, and actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate incident management and adverse event investigations, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures.
- Promote a culture of accountability and transparency in quality and safety across all hospital departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Patient Safety, or Risk Management within a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record in leading QSRM programs, accreditation processes (e.g., JCI, ISO), or regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g., WHO, Joint Commission, local Ministry of Health guidelines).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities to influence change at all levels.
- Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CPHQ, CMQ/OE) or Patient Safety are highly advantageous.
