Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and train clinical staff to maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including dental supplies and equipment, to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for clinic growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, including financial, operational, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental care and clinic management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a dental or healthcare clinic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of dental clinic operations, including patient care, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional local languages are a plus.
