Responsibility
- Implement and monitor ERAS protocols across surgical departments to improve patient recovery outcomes
- Collect, analyze, and report clinical data to track protocol adherence and patient progress
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize care pathways
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on ERAS best practices
- Identify quality improvement opportunities through data analysis and patient feedback
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program effectiveness and areas for enhancement
- Stay current with international VBC and ERAS standards to ensure program alignment
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop innovative care solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical healthcare, quality improvement, or care coordination
- Strong understanding of surgical care processes and patient recovery pathways
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in healthcare data interpretation
- Proficient in healthcare IT systems and data management tools
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous
