Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral evaluations using standardized psychometric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities.
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists) to ensure holistic patient care.
- Design and facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops for diverse populations, including expats, locals, and vulnerable groups.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
- Advocate for mental health awareness through community outreach, partnerships with schools, and public health initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging research and best practices in psychology, integrating innovative approaches into clinical work.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Neuropsychology) from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice psychology in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one). International certifications (e.g., APA, BPS) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
- Proficiency in psychometric testing (e.g., WAIS, MMPI, projective techniques) and interpretation.
- Experience working in multicultural settings, with sensitivity to Bali’s diverse expat and local communities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital mental health tools.
