Responsibility
- Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, and non-invasive procedures with precision.
- Consult with clients to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized skincare regimens.
- Operate medical-grade equipment (e.g., lasers, radiofrequency devices) under clinical supervision.
- Maintain meticulous hygiene standards and adhere to safety protocols in all treatments.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and product usage for optimal results.
- Collaborate with dermatologists to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Upsell retail skincare products and membership packages to enhance client experience.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
Qualifications
- Valid aesthetician license or certification in Indonesia (or equivalent international qualification).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics or luxury spa environments.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, cosmetic chemistry, and treatment modalities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Certification in laser/IPL treatments is highly desirable.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
