Responsibility
- Assist in the smooth operation of daily clinic activities, including patient check-ins, appointments, and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Support medical staff by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
- Assist in basic medical procedures under supervision, such as taking vital signs or preparing patients for examinations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic facilities in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on clinic protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and administrative software.
