Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Ensure compliance with local and national pharmacy regulations, including licensing, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes and improve service quality.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy workflows, safety, and hygiene.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all patients and clients.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; certification as a Pharmacist is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with prior supervisory or coordination experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
