Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess hearing loss and balance disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including hearing aid fittings and adjustments.
- Provide patient education and counseling on hearing health, prevention, and management strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with advancements in audiology technology and best practices.
- Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about hearing health.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally for accurate diagnostics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology or a related field.
- Valid license or certification to practice as an Audiologist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in conducting hearing assessments and fitting hearing aids.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using audiology equipment and software.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
