Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Ward and ICU settings, adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist in emergency situations, including code blue responses, trauma care, and rapid patient stabilization.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (STR) recognized in Indonesia, with registration under the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, with preference given to candidates with ICU or Ward experience.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.
