Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, medical history, and suitability for aesthetic treatments.
- Perform non-surgical procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP, and thread lifts with precision and care.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and skin conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and ethical medical practices.
- Monitor patient progress and provide post-treatment care and follow-up consultations.
- Stay updated on latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies through continuous education.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver seamless patient experiences.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, preventive care, and realistic expectations for aesthetic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution with a valid Indonesian medical license.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a related field.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, lasers) from accredited training programs.
- Proven track record of delivering safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic while maintaining professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
