Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and symptom evaluation.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Assist doctors during examinations and minor procedures, preparing necessary equipment and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions with adherence to protocols.
- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic health systems.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for patient care.
- Respond to emergency situations with calmness and efficiency, providing immediate care as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with experience in clinical or outpatient settings).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinic Nurse or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
