Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff to ensure awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational safety and health, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage staff.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols.
