This is a permanent full-time position offering a salary range of $4,000 – $6,000 per month, plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS). You'll work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with only one half-day every three Saturdays, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety.
- Provide expert advice on medication usage, side effects, and interactions to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Offer counseling on over-the-counter medications and general health wellness.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, dosage forms, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and digital record-keeping.
- Commitment to ethical pharmacy practices and patient confidentiality.
