Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety and compliance.
- Provide expert counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring drug supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans and resolve medication-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and adherence to protocols.
- Educate patients and healthcare staff on proper medication administration and health management.
- Participate in community health initiatives and promote public health awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
