Responsibility
- Administer and process employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives
- Liaise with insurance providers and third-party administrators to resolve benefits-related inquiries and claims
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Educate employees on available benefits options through one-on-one consultations and group presentations
- Coordinate with payroll department to ensure accurate deductions and contributions for benefits programs
- Develop and distribute benefits communication materials (e.g., guides, FAQs, email announcements)
- Assist in the annual open enrollment process and benefits fair organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and local labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous
