Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to clients’ goals and abilities.
- Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modifications to improve daily living.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and refine therapeutic approaches.
- Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy through continuous professional development.
- Advocate for client needs and promote awareness of occupational therapy’s role in rehabilitation and wellness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs for diverse client populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with adaptive equipment and assistive technologies used in rehabilitation.
- Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to ethical, empathetic practice.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
