Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and holistic nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient comfort and pain management.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Educate patients and families on disease progression, symptom management, and end-of-life options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in palliative care practices.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on palliative care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, including pain management and symptom control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of ethical and legal considerations in palliative care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
