Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals with patient consultations, examinations, and treatments.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain efficient clinic workflows.
- Prepare and organize medical equipment, supplies, and examination rooms.
- Provide administrative support, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Educate patients on clinic procedures, post-treatment care, and general health inquiries.
- Handle front-desk duties, including greeting patients, answering calls, and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Clinic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or similar role (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinic management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
