Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the clinical campus, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical training programs in collaboration with faculty and healthcare partners
- Manage campus facilities, resources, and administrative staff to create an optimal learning environment
- Build and maintain relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers for student placements
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements based on feedback and outcomes
- Ensure all clinical training activities meet accreditation requirements and institutional policies
- Lead faculty development initiatives to enhance teaching quality and clinical instruction
- Represent the campus at professional conferences and community healthcare events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Education, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare education management or clinical administration
- Proven track record in academic program development and accreditation processes
- Strong understanding of medical education standards and clinical training requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality assurance in clinical education
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Indonesia
