Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and local regulations for all procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including pre- and post-treatment documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, techniques, and products through continuous education.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver a seamless and luxurious patient experience from consultation to follow-up.
- Educate patients on skincare, post-treatment care, and long-term maintenance to optimize results.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as social media content or events, to promote clinic services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in administering injectables, lasers, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with a diverse clientele.
- Age 35 years or below (as per company policy).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
