Responsibility
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' vital signs during procedures.
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management, dietary restrictions, and medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment details and progress notes.
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed during dialysis sessions.
- Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on renal care best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal or dialysis nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
