Responsibility
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and monitoring medication supplies.
- Process prescriptions and maintain patient records with confidentiality and precision.
- Support administrative tasks, such as billing, documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Educate patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage instructions.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and pharmacy workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medications, and dosage forms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for managing pharmacy software and records.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and pharmacy practices.
